The trademark registration procedure lasts 18 - 24 months. The trademark will be published after the application in the Industrial Property Gazette. The opposition can be filed within 1 month from the publication date. Registration typically takes 18 months to 3 years to complete. The protection lasts 10 years from the filing date.
