1. Our Client settles our fees and signs Utrust Consultants’ engagement letter;

2. Utrust Consultants provides our Client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for Guernsey company setup project, thus minimising unwanted surprises and meeting Client expectations;

3. Our Client and Utrust Consultants agree the legal, tax and accounting implications of Guernsey company registration;

4. Prior to Guernsey company setup, Utrust Consultants also collects the required due diligence from our Client, including passport copies, proof of address, and details on the company’s intended activities;

5. Our Client and Utrust Consultants agree company name and the optimum corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. The company name is checked with the States of Guernsey Greffe, if available, Utrust Consultants proceeds with company incorporation;

6. To support Guernsey company setup, Utrust Consultants Incorporation Team will submit an application form for registration to the HM Procureur (also known as HM Attorney-General) who reviews the application with the Director General of the Financial Services Commission. When approved, the company will then be registered by the Greffe;

7. To support Guernsey company setup, Utrust Consultants prepares Memorandum and Articles of Association are then drawn up and sent to our Client for the signatures to the Memorandum. These documents are then returned to us;

8. Utrust Consultants Incorporation Team liaises with the Financial Services Commission (with Memorandum and Articles of Association documents) to complete Guernsey company registration. The company comes into existence when the Memorandum and Articles of Association have been approved by the Royal Court;

13. Utrust Consultants assists our Client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts;

14. If required, Utrust Consultants assists our Client to locate business premises in Guernsey and recruit local staff following Guernsey company setup;

15. Following Guernsey company registration, Utrust Consultants e-mails an Engagement Feedback Survey to our Client.
